We will email you a UPS return label.
- Include your name and contact
information inside the box.
- Include a note stating if you
want an Exchange or a Refund.
- If the item is damaged or not
working, please tell us what is wrong with it.
- Returns not including
the original box, packaging, user manual, etc will be charged a
25% re-stocking fee.
- Box it up with everything it
came with, tape the UPS label on it, and drop it off at any UPS
location.
