This mount requires and "open end" rail, meaning that it slide on from the end of the rail

The Rail GrabberTM interface employs a single machine screw to clamp the M3X to the weapon. This system provides the ultimate lockup between the M3X and your weapon. A slot screwdriver is required to mount and remove the M3X. The Rail Grabber does not require an "open end" rail.
